An Ode to Andre

In 2015, Chef Andre Rochat of Andre’s French Restaurant will be celebrating the 35th anniversary of his acclaimed restaurant.  Chef Andre is whom Chef Eric trained under oh so many years ago, and where Chef Jennifer spent a couple years as a sous-chef.  Join us for an evening food and wine while we prepare eight courses of Chef Andre’s classic dishes as an ode to our mentor.   We anticipate this dinner selling out quickly to call soon for your reservations.

This dinner is also a prelude to a James Beard dinner to be cooked in honor of Chef Andre in Las Vegas on March 29, 2015.  Chefs Eric and Jen have been invited to fly back to Las Vegas and participate in the cooking of the dinner together with 13 other current and previous Andre’s chefs.
